OK, your laptop has Thunderbolt 4. So a dock would work well. It will allow you to use the dock for charging and all of your peripheral support. So one cable from the laptop to the dock. Everything else plugs into the dock. This is how I have my Dell XPS15 set up and it works really well. I'm using the Dell dock for mine, but there are non OEM docks available too.
