Got it today again on my phone (Chrome, Android) and on desktop (Firefox).Can you provide a screen shot of the notice you're seeing? We had one for the forums, but I disabled it yesterday morning t to test it. By your edit, I'm thinking it might be a different notice from the one I've been accessing.
I keep seeing this as well. Just clicked "Accept" for the millionth time. As a web developer myself, I can't really understand how you've let something like this slip through testing. And it's been like this for weeks now...Got it today again on my phone (Chrome, Android) and on desktop (Firefox).
