"RAMP" was listed as feature for AM5
I think we are talking about 0.5GB or higher.
So IF that is true which technology could RAMP be?
It must be faster than DDR5 otherwise there is not much of a point in adding it except adding some sort of extra memory channel.
A dedicated RAM channel for GPU in AM5 APUs is also an option, in that case I think HBM3.
It could also be some new boost algorithm.....
What is it, we don't know but saying it's extra RAM included on the CPU package is a good guess I would think. We know that after the cash increase they may want to include some special fast RAM as some sort of 'L4'
- HWiNFO64 ported to UNICODE.
- Enhanced Intel XMP 3.0 Revision 1.2 support.
- Enhanced sensor monitoring on some ASRock B660 and H610 series.
- Added preliminary support of AMD RAMP.
- Enhanced support of future AMD AM5 platforms.
