Seems to be a substantial time between reporting results and getting the second confirm in. I've had a dual-16 core system doing it for just under a day, and 377 WUs / ~200k points not awarded yet

FWIW it looks like Tom's active user count is dropping. Either people too fed up to get WUs, or the end of the contest, or people tightening the belt given the economic situation.
