So recommend me a gold/crew trainer for us tanks. I was thinking the t26e5.

biostud, I hear that is the tank to go with, great frontal armor all the way around, no real major weak spots frontally. Mobility is good, compared to T34 and Super Pershing.

Haven't played the FV215b 183 and I expect to fully use HESH rounds in it. I plan to eventually get every tier 10 tank that I think I would like to play, this is one of them.

I have a Patriot, really like it on the right maps. It can't quite take the above my Super Pershing can, but it has a better gun and much better maneuverability. If the Patriot is still for sale, I would get that. Otherwise you are stuck with the T34. Which isn't terrible, just old.

The 183 is a blast in the mode that was on the sand box servers for a while with the giant maps. On the current small map meta, its kind of hit and miss. But I had a LOT of fun on the giant maps with it.

Have had a lot of fun in the Stug IIIG, had three mastery badges within an hour of gameplay with one of the games dealing more than 2k damage. I want to have sixth sense before moving up to next tier. If the e-25 is ever for sale again I will get that.

WG has stated that it will never be for sale again. It will be a reward tank only. I kick myself every time I play against one for not getting it.

Why is it I get lag spikes, or lost packets on the East server but no issues on the West server. This is with or without mods. Was an issue Friday and Saturday but currently today (Sunday), no issue.

I play only west server and get constant packet loss. According to some research done by several people, its not WG, its the host they use. If the US West server gets over 6k people, it starts to lag.

JP2, it's faster, more mobility means you can be more effective in the battle and retreat when need to. The upper superstructure is just as good as the Ferdindand, so try for hull down positions if possible. I do wonder if people are less likely to shoot premium rounds at the JP2 vs Ferdy.

For the lag issues, I had the issues on every game I played on the East server and I started at 10AM CST so population can't be the culprit. I just keep wondering if it's a server in between me and WOT. I played all day on West server on Saturday and no lag on any match. Oh well.

JPII hands down. Same gun, better upper armor, WAY more mobile. If you can keep your lower armor hidden, you will bounce pretty much every single shot off the upper armor.

Time to boycott giving them any money.

They've long had dicey policies on chat issues. A year or two ago, they said they'd stop taking tickets for offenses - but when I complained they said they'd still act on tickets they got.

You don't know if they did - they'd always just send a form letter saying they'd take 'the appropriate action'.

A couple days, ago, they changed the system to tickets require a box to be checked saying you understand they will not use any tickets for action on chat violations.

I started a thread on their forum about that being a problem, the first day it had over 100 replies, and they they just deleted the thread.

There have been a lot of complains about some of their actions, and I think this means they are condoning an environment where people can use all kinds of hate speech and slurs with impunity and they are refusing to respond to the issue. So no more money.

Currently having a blast in my Jagdpanzer IV. I didn't played it before having six sense on my commander. With 40 games I have a win rate 67%

I have not had any chat issues on the USW server. Chat actually stays pretty quiet most of the time.

I picked up a Maus a while back finally, its a fun tank, but just like the two tanks before it, you have to be very careful with where you go, as repositioning is not an option.

Looking forward to the M48 turret buff next patch, and the turret buff for my Cent 7/1.

90% of the problem chat was eliminated when they ended enemy chat, but there's still some. It's the policy I'm talking about.

Ohhh... forgot about the M48 and Cent turret buffs. I liked both tanks, well I do remember the lonnnnnnnggggg reload of the Cent 7/1 when I was using the top gun. If I remember right, they buffed the load time for it, gotta check tanks.gg in a hit.

Perhaps I'll see you once in a while with the server merger.

For me, six sense makes a big difference for me. I live longer and make less mistakes (which doesn't say much). Though right now I'm grinding the Chinese HT line, currently on IS-2, 41 games and 65% win rate. Though that could tank in the next 60 games.

Yeah the Cent has a faster reload now. It has become my favorite T9 Medium.

My current best performing tank is my Tiger 131. Going to try and 3 mark it, currently have 2 marks. I just really like that tank, even though it really isn't anything special.

Just played a game to test the ping. Also went from 25ms to 65ms or so (50 to 75).

Edit: but I didn't really notice a difference playing.

Oh, and this central server change over has me pretty pissed off. I am going to go from a 18-22ms ping to a 60-70ms ping. NOT happy.

That's not really a big deal. I played CS:S on a 90 ping on my favorite server (hosted by an old member here) and did very well in my glory days. Many players have higher pings and do well.

I also really don't like the change of their showing you the direction of a shot from a hidden tank, arty or otherwise. It helps you, but seems unfair to hidden tanks.
