@rstrohkirch - say I struck it rich and landed 10D+ (9 in one map). What more can we squeeze out of this build? I was looking at PC AoE enchanted helms Found a nice one for 7D that was corrupted with 4% life.

The helm isn't going to get you much. For reference, the biggest DPS increase costs about 27-30D and that's an Impossible Escape - Chaos Inoculation. It allows you to get back over 10 passive points to put towards another jewel cluster setup.

For you without redoing the tree the biggest DPS upgrades are:

- 5/20 Awakened Void Manipulation , Awakened Unbound Ailments, Awakened Viscous Projectiles. These are about 1D to 1.2D each.
- Despair on Hit corrupted Asenath's Gentle Touch. These cost 4D and allow you to run a double Circle of Nostalgia ring setup. This is an end game setup for both gloves and rings.
- 55 buff / 55 Chaos damage or more Circle of Nostalgia ring(make sure it doesn't have +20% chaos catalysts already). Cost is .5D to 1D.
- 20% Noxious catalyst both of your rings.
- You'll be short on fire resistance. Redo you amulet(again) to get the fire resistance and maybe one of your junkier jewels. Can also 20% Prismatic catalyst your belt to help.
Trade: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Sanctum/BOLQloaF8

The above changes give you another 50% damage. Further changes could be:

- Swap Ascendancy for better utility flask up time
- Swap second life flask for a well rolled Dying Sun .5D (well rolled is increased duration(not reduced) and reduced charges used)
- Upgrade junky jewels to life + double damage (Chaos DoT, generic DoT, chaos damage, attack speed, etc)

If you don't like the Divine Blessing Malevolence setup you can dump your Enduring Composure and run a mana reservation + enlighten setup to have it up all the time. Total changes including better jewels would put you over 60% more damage. It's also putting you up against the ceiling for the build were upgrades are now 5D +. The mentioned Impossible Escape jewel is a massive DPS increase.

I got the gloves, but getting RR and BR linked is impossible. What's the best method for this?

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you go into a bit more detail? Also, I have a Headhunter you can have if you want it.

no need. I got what I needed for colors/links. I need some currency now to re-do amulet/boots/jewel to bump up fire resistance so I can use additional Circle of Nostalgia

Did a bunch of equipment adjusting last night Was able to keep my amulet (hard to find an amulet with enough strength/intelligence/dex stacking) got all my resistances maxed and was able to toss on the additional Circle of Nostalgia. Absolutely melting mobs and most bosses go down quickly.

I dunno what options I picked on Eldritch Altars in an Ashen Wood map, but I had 3 Patients, 1 Nurse and 2 Immortal cards drop. Haven't sold them yet, but once again, I find myself flush with some currency.

I glanced at your profile. It looks like the easiest straight upgrade is moving into a +4 Dendrobate. If you're lucky you can find them for 6-8D and that's a 17% damage increase. Don't forget to Noxious catalyst your rings. The Dying Sun instead of the second life flask will widen up your attack a bit to speed up clear as well. It doesn't look like you need that accuracy mastery point anymore as you have 100% hit chance without it.

Ah yeah forgot about the +4 Dendrobate option.
I saw you mention the dying sun flask before but didn't understand why - I just saw that it was fire resistance basically, but missed the +2 projectiles.
Sadly, I think I need the extra life flask (though I need to get a better one) as I tend to still die more than I'd like - some of those Eldritch Altars stack up and hit you pretty hard. Prob toss the accuracy master point into 4% life. I think I have a janky jewel still I could upgrade.

against my better judgment, I was bored one night and fired up a new character - freezing pulse totems
I dont know if I've ever done two in one league before. I wanted to try out the league mechanic that everyone seems to love and totems makes it pretty damned easy
Amazing how fast you can fly through the Acts with a lot of currency to spend. I need a couple more levels to get the "right" equipment but overall it's a pretty nice/easy build.

I'm playing slowly. Barely into red maps. The
League mechanic is a bore overall. Playing a creeping frost totem build that seems wildly underpowered, but I'm playing so sporadically, that I'm not paying too much attention to what I need and what's lacking

I played and finished the league already. As mentioned the mechanic is pretty bare. It's a massive power leap and has various builds specific to it but it's not fun in any way. Some of the tree changes were pretty good but the Breach changes were not a positive direction in my eyes. League challenges were more on the mild side though so in the end it was an OK league.

Just noticed new league starting up Friday. I might spin up a RF build and run around a little.

I haven't played Boneshatter yet so I'm going to play a Boneshatter Jugg, starting as phy and moving into fire conversion.

That one seems pretty good to start off with. DPS is high enough to do all the regular bosses. Bumping up to a 40D budget triples the damage and then you can do ubers if you wanted.

Yeah - we'll see how far along I get. but seemed like a good starter with upside if money invested.

Anyone have any build recommendations? I've played EA Elementalist and Champ, Sunder/Groundslam 'zerker, Ice Dot trickster, RF Jugg, SST Raider and Absolution Necro. I have tried to get a HoA off the ground but always lose interest.

I enjoyed the EA Champ and RF Jugg the most because I could actually fight bosses and figure out their mechanics. Other builds seemed much less forgiving. Any other tanky-er builds out there I should try out? I'm still new-ish to the game and hate when you die easily to content you are still trying to figure out.

Why not try Boneshatter Jugg? It's EHP will usually be about 40-50k on a week 1 low budget build and will scale up to around 150-250k as you invest more. It's pretty comparable to RF Jugg level of EHP but it does more damage with better AoE.

Apparently Zizaran is going to run it as a league starter this league so he put together a leveling to basic end game PoB if you need the help:

I know, just melee is so shat on and everyone here was doing it and my son usually plays what I do as well so just BS every where (see what I did there). But I may make him try out an EA champ since it's so well rounded.

I haven't done an EK ignite build yet, so going to try that with an elementalist. Wanted to run it with chieftain, but they tore up that ascendancy this time around.

As everyone here will attest, I'm a huge Anything Totems build. It's always my fall back. I never get sick of those builds and they are easy (read: lazy) playstyle.
