I doubt anyone would care if they are a different gender in the game. ...and if they do, you should make it a point to make them a different gender.

It would be funny to have a @Stg-Flame & @zinfamous bedding together. Just seems weird in a non homophobic way. I sort of like the idea of three forum guys looking for women.
I’ll go for the proper sex for now and see how it goes.

I wouldn't be embarrassed....not so sure about Stg-Flame bedding a gay donkey, though.

I don't judge anyone for their kinks.

As for the randomness of the pawns, it usually doesn't take too long to get a decent starting team. You basically just need a decent cook, doctor, and builder. Shooting is raised really fast with the pistol, anyone can survive a melee fight with the starting plasteel knife and armor, and you will do more than enough mining to get that raised as well. Plants is also another big one in the beginning to help with getting a garden going, but you can always start off with rice and potatoes and get your skill up by cutting down trees/harvesting berries.

Our Brave Survivors of the Space Accident. They awoke from their cyro sleep to twisting metal and barely knew each other.
@JEDIYoda who is a real Renaissance Man, good at building, crafting, farming and medicine. Makes sense since Yoda grew up on a farm then went to University to become an Engineer and not a Scientist.
Yoda prefers elegant blades to guns. He will shoot if required but it makes him sad carrying a messy, heavy, ugly gun.


@Stg-Flame who is good at everything but hates art because dope smoking hippies like art, Stg has spent his entire life tracking down scum bags and bringing them to justice at the end of his barrel. Stg has picked up some bad habits from his work....


@zinfamous has been around farming since he was a boy, raised on an Urchin farm then moved off world to start his own successful farm. Now he is up for the challenge to tame a new world. Zin is a little slow learning things but he has great passion to learn many things and always has kind words for his friends.


They landed on Planet whatever and fortunately ended up in a temperate zone.


They settled to the Eastern side close to the fertile ground.

Stg and Yoda started a building to house them and store their stuff. While Zin planted, Stg demanded smoke leaf plants be planted, Zin complied.

Much was planted and the building started to take shape. Even a trader stopped by and dropped off some silver as a gift which was happily accepted.
Then out of nowhere a large Bear charges Yoda. Happened so fast Stg & Zin were unaware it was happen but they heard Yoda's cries and went to aid him. Zin knew the situation was dire for Yoda so he threw all caution aside and rushed to aid Yoda while Stg shot at the bear.

Yoda suffered some serious wounds from the bear slashing, biting and thrashing Yoda's defenseless body around but surprisingly he only lost an unimportant toe. The Force was with Yoda.

After defeating the bear and Zins brave action Yoda survived but he is mostly bedridden until his wounds heal. Stg feeds Yoda over the next few meals.
While out harvesting iron, Stg gets attacked by a mad squirrel. Yes a squirrel with big bones....look at the BONES

Stg acts fast knowing his rifle is only good at range and the squirrel is very close retreats into the river hoping the squirrel will be slowed by the rushing water. The Mad Squirrel dives into the water and continues to chase Stg who is strong enough to fight the currents with ease unlike the made squirrel. Stg gets some diststance between him and his target and fires. Stg’s round hits the squirrel hard but the squirrel is still on Stg. The second shot misses likely due to the pain Stg has from the squirrels bite. Third shot hits the squirrel in the eye killing it. Zin wraps Stg’s wounded hand.
Colony has used close to all its medical supplies, thankfully the heal root is nearly ready to harvest. Stg wants some smoke leaf, he will have to wait.
While not the best builder Zin takes overs Stg’s work making the freezer. Hopefully the dead bear can be frozen before rot.

I have Rimworld reinstalled and as soon as I'm finished with Children of Morta, I'll be loading it up for another run with custom pawns.

I won't be able to do frequent updates or videos, but here's what I've got so far. If anyone else wishes to be included, let me know and I'll name each new recruit after you. I pretty much just left the pawns as they were with the exception of Yoda since he spawned as a geriatric with a frail torso, bad back, one cataract, and was incapable of violence (even though his only decent stat was melee...).

Stg complained about no drugs within the first moments after landing. Spoke to Zinfamous about smoke leaf while Zonfamous was planting the heal root.
I keep saying it but wait for the next update something shocking happens in a walking dead episode kind of way.

Zinfamous was not skilled enough to complete the freezer in time but the bears rotting carcus was able to feed the cat Panther X for multiple days at least someone was happy.
Zin's building skills are lacking and so are his medical skill however he was either extremely lucky in treating Yoda and Stg or he had an Angel guiding his hands because all wounds were treated successfully. Yay!
Zin's over dosing to save Yoda from his wounds caused Yoda to become addicted to the drugs, heavily wounded and addicted is not a fun place to be. Zin felt guilty about not waking Stg to treat Yoda, Stg's squirrel wounds were insignificant.
Things are starting to look better Yoda is slowly healing and sweating out the drugs. Stg nears completing the freezer when suddenly.....

The Pirate Bandit moved very fast and Yoda was still wounded and Zin was taking a long walk far away. Stg screams for Zin but figured he could handle this scum pirate easily.
The Pirate approached rapidly, he must have augmented legs because nobody moves that fast with god given legs. There wasn't enough time for Stg to make it to the barricade, rocks would have to be good enough cover.
The Pirate rapidly charges Stg who realizes it would have been better to be at range. Stg takes a shot and misses, Stg steadies his rifle and shoots again....a miss.
The Pirate leaps over the rocks and embeds a knife into Stg's gut, the Pirate strikes again and Stg is down. Zinfamous finally arrives and shoots at the Pirate missing again and again. The Pirate slashes Zin's arm. Zin drops to the ground. Yoda comes to the rescue but he is very slow with his wounds and Yoda's bad back was particularly painful that day.

Yoda had no chance of catching the Pirate, he hauls Zin to treat his boo-boo.

Zin seems to require a lot of bed rest when he is hurt.....

One day passes Yoda cares for Zin and does some light construction. While siding the house a hungry lynx attacks! Yoda forgot his knife and tries to escape but it is hopeless because he is so slow.

Zinfamous hears the fighting outside, grabs his pistol and goes out (actually he Zin forgot his pistol was outside and runs past the lynx to get his pistol but that's not cool)
Zin steadies his pistol shoots and misses but the bullet lands dangerously close to Yoda's head. Zin decides Yoda cannot be mauled by the lynx much longer so he again charges up and whisks Yoda away to the treatment bed. Zinfamous again way over medicates Yoda making Yoda more addicted.

A day or so goes by and Zin is treating Yoda's wounds fortunately he planted the heal root. Suddenly a large crash happens! Part of a Spaceship hit the ground near camp and starts a fire but Zinfamous is more interested in looking at the Sky


Then Zinfamous is more interested in playing horseshoes. Zinfamous has been working a lot and deserves some relaxation.


Fortunately it rains and extinguishes the fire. Zin finds some glitter world medicines near the wreckage!

A beautiful and odd woman joined the colony. Like all super hot women she doesn’t do much but she does cook and she’s a nudist too.

Zin was too funny doing stuff alone, burning thru med kits, taking forever to show up for a fight but always successful in rescuing woundedBros.
Those long walks, star gazing and obsessive horseshoe playing is sort of irritating. Big fire is approaching!!! That’s the perfect time to throw some horseshoes.
Funny how yoda is completely dependent on Zin for food and Zin is dependent on yoda to build nearly anything.

Edit: finding the glitter world medicine was pretty key. You’ll find out later.

Adventure continues.....

We found out Stg died in captivity, this news made Yoda and Zin sad.
**also made me sad, crappy unsatisfying ending to Stg sort of like how Darth Maul the most interesting dude from Episode One got killed in the first minutes of the movie or how Laura Dern who was an interesting Character got killed in a completely Meh way**
One dose of the glitter world meds put Yoda on a fast track to recover. Zin farmed a bit, killed another Lynx in the area, played horseshoes a lot and looked at the stars. Zin wants to recruit the wild woman who wanders around camp but he doesn't know how to speak to her. Zin figured a good way would be to box her inside the dining room that wasn't completed. He left her in there for most of the day and when he sat down to eat his crappy nutra paste, she began hunting him....for food!
Zin shot her then ran out of the dining room. She was lightly wounded but still sat and ate his nutra paste meal. Zin wedged teh door open so she could leave when she finished her crappy meal.
Later that night Yoda & Zin talked about poker...and roulette...and sex...and hair...and poker again. These boys need some companionship.

Yoda is still slow but mostly recovered, him and Zin work on expanding the camp. They are mostly successful, food is low and neither of them can cook but the have enough rice and strawberries to make nutra paste.
Later in the week "Jenny" Comboa joins the camp. She is a complicated beautiful woman.
She can cook and she can haul that is good enough:


With Jenny on board and after Yoda treats Zins finger infection they are ready to save @[DHT]Osiris (why can't I at symbol him? He will be called DHT going forward).
Party arrives at the spot DHT was reported at and finds him, he needs treatment and Zinfamous breaks out the heavy meds again. Zin uses all their heal root and all their good colony medicine on DHT with no success. Jenny doesn't care about people so she won't haul him, fortunately Zin is a kind man and hauls DHT back to camp. The added weight caused Zin to break down and demand more frequent rests. one day journey turns into a 3 day ordeal. Food was running low, Zin and Jenny we losing weight. Thankfully Zin didn't require any more rest because the two were showing signs of starvation when they arrived at camp. Some say Jenny force marched Zin back to camp.


DHT, grew up in a shop and later became a corporate drone. DHT is passionate about everything the colony needs. DHT is a tough man and ready to fight. The boardroom trained him well.


Yoda built separate bedrooms for them finally they can rest in peace.
